Policies
I do my best to source quality printers with quality products and I want you to be satisfied. Every item is custom printed to order when you order it. Once received by the printer, I am unable to edit the order and I have no control over production or shipping delays, particularly if Mercury is retrograde. That said, if you have an issue, let me know and I will do what I can to fix it.
Items that are poorly printed, faulty, or damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge. Please email a photo of the item (so that I can show the printer) and a description of the problem to Geneva@PhantasiaStudio.com.
All orders are shipped with tracking. If your item doesn’t show up, and tracking confirms that it is lost in the space time continuum, your item will be replaced free of charge with apologies for the inconvenience. If tracking shows that it was delivered, a free replacement will not be offered. Please check with the carrier, your neighbors (in case it was left with them), or your doorbell cam in case it was a porch thief.
Because the prints and products are custom printed, I cannot offer refunds for items that are not faulty or damaged in transit. I try to have detailed descriptions and photos- the AR tool for prints and growth charts is state of the art- so that you will know exactly what you are getting before you get it. If you find this is not the case, email me so I can update my listings.
